Frequently asked questions

How much time do I need to commit each week?

A: On average, expect about 2 hours per week (a 75-minute live session plus ≤5 minutes a day for the micro-practice prompts). The program is intentionally designed so that even if you only commit to the basics, you’ll still get everything you need. You can put in as much or as little time as your schedule allows, and the tools and practices are built to support sustained growth long after the program ends.

What if I miss a session?

All live sessions are recorded and shared via a learning platform with super convenient summaries and take-aways so you can catch up or review key points.

Do I need prior coaching experience?

Not at all. This program is ideal for women who are “coaching curious” and want to experience high-touch support without the full cost or time commitment of traditional coaching.

Can my company sponsor my participation?

Yes, many employers cover leadership and professional development programs. We can provide an invoice or supporting documentation.

What’s the difference between this accelerator and traditional 1:1 coaching?

With 1:1 coaching, you get highly personalized support but miss out on the power of community.
