Frequently asked questions

When will I get access?

After you enroll, you’ll receive an email with access to the P20 Leadership learning platform. Once inside, you’ll be able to access available past sessions and materials, as well as details for upcoming sessions.

Can I access past sessions?

Yes. Once you join, you’ll get access to available past session recordings and materials inside the P20 Leadership learning platform.

When will I be charged?

You will not be charged during your first three months. After your free trial ends, your membership will continue at $79/month unless you cancel.

Why do I need to enter payment information?

You'll be asked for your payment information upon enrolling, but the first 3 months are free. Before the end of the 3 months, you'll receive an email reminding you that the 3 months are concluding. If you'd like to leave, you can cancel before any payment is charged. If you'd like to stay in the program, then your payment details are already uploaded and you don't have to do anything!

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Membership is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. However, membership fee are subject to change and if you choose to re-join at a later date, you'll be charge at the most current rate.

Can I pause or suspend my membership?

Yes. If you need to pause your membership temporarily, you can contact us for support. Please note that if you suspend or cancel and later rejoin, your membership may be subject to the current monthly rate at that time.

What if I can’t attend live?

All sessions are recorded, so you can access recordings and all past session materials inside the platform. 

Is this only for senior women?

No. The Lab is designed for all women in commercial real estate who are growing as leaders, communicators, and professionals. It is especially useful for women rising into leadership, managing people, building visibility, or preparing for bigger opportunities.

Can my company pay for this?

Yes. Many companies allow professional development, training, or leadership development expenses. You can use your company card if approved by your employer.
